Air Force Boot Camp Minimum Fitness Standards for Males
1.5 Mile Run — < 30 years of age – 1.5 mile run in 11:57 or less
30 – 39 years of age – 1.5 mile run in 11:57
Push -Ups — <30 years of age – 33 (in 1 minute)
30 – 39 years of age – 27 (in 1 minute)
Sit -Ups — <30 years of age – 42 (in 1 minute)
30-39 years of age – 39 (in 1 minute)
Pull-ups — 0
Air Force Boot Camp Minimum Fitness Standards for Females
1.5 Mile Run — < 30 years of age – 14.26 or less
30 – 39 years of age – 14:26
Push -Ups — <30 years of age – 18 (in 1 minute)
30 – 39 years of age – 14 (in 1 minute)
Sit -Ups — <30 years of age – 38 (in 1 minute)
30 -39 years of age – 29 (in 1 minute)
Pull-ups — 0
