The male fitness standards are below. A male 60+ years old needs to do a minimum of 14 pushups in a minute, 22 situps in a minute, and a two mile run under 18:14 in order to score for the test. He must complete 30 pushups in a minute, 42 situps in a minute, and do an 11:22 1 1/2 mile run in order to achieve the maximum points on the test.
