I currently co-own Houston Athletic Club, a gym devoted to high quality training and a strong community. I am also currently a Graduate student at UH-Clear Lake in Exercise Research. This then allows me to get the perfect blend of research and application towards coaching others.
I have helped countless clients for years reach various goals via online, one-on-one, and group settings. I believe in correlating the goal with the training program. Therefore, we must be able to quantify our sessions and identify a continuity between where you are now and where you want to get to. Further, I am not into a bunch of fluff; I use exercises and programs that give the greatest bang for your buck. This saves time and energy for the things that matter most. Lastly, I understand principles in training and how to appropriately correlate them to the individual and do my best to prevent spinning wheels.
I have been known for being a laid back coach, but I push people where it matters. I do not believe that training should be a grueling chore, but rather an endeavor to look forward to; a challenge with rewarding results psychologically as well as physiologically. Every time a session is put in, you are achieving that much more towards your end results.
